Motor access to the house. Covered parking by the house. Supermarket, restaurant 200 m, indoor swimming pool 1.2 km, public bathing area 1.2 km, tennis 1.2 km, sports centre 1.2 km, mountain lift 1 km, ski lift 150 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds. The house is situated next to property Ref: A5340/310B and the nice garden is for shared use. Access to the ski lift, approx 150 m, from the house with skis via the open unspoilt fields. St Gilgen's lively centre, as well as a range of sports and leisure activities are only 10 minutes away by foot.

2-room house 40 m2, partly with sloping ceilings, rustic furnishings: 1 double bedroom with electric heater. Living/sleeping room with 1 sofa bed, dining corner, satellite-TV and parrafin heater, exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (2 hotplates). Shower/WC. Terrace covered. Terrace furniture. Very nice view of the mountains. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. There are some beautiful outdoor and terraced areas in the garden that are very inviting and can be used as alternative places to eat. In winter, the oil stove in the living room gives out good heat and is refilled once a day by the owner. Nice furnishings.
