The residences "Le Douc I" and "Le Douc II" in a local style. The apartments are over 4 storeys (no lift). Aqua parc 200m. In the house: central heating. Shopping centre 100 m, restaurant 200 m, sandy beach 300 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. The building C of Douc I has a shared biclycles storage room.
2-room apartment 40 m2 on 2 levels on 3rd floor, west facing position: living/dining room. Open gallery with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven). Bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds. Terrace furniture. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Covered balcony 4 m2. Please note the gallery overlooks the living room.
