Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Bath-room, shower, 2 sep. WC's. Upper floor: gallery with 1 double sofa bed, TV and DVD. 1 room with 1 double bed. Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. please note: one of the single beds is raised, access via a ladder.

St Piere d'Irube Small, quiet city with 3'700 inhabitants, on top of a hill, 5 km east from Bayonne. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Access: motorway 63 Hendaye - Toulouse, exit number 5.1 "Mousserolles". Railway station "Bayonne" 8 km. Bus service. For arrivals by plane: airport Biarritz (BIQ) 15 km, Bordeaux (BOD) 185 km. Good departure point for many trips into Les Landes and the Basque country. Typical 12 and 18th century houses to be explored.

Summer: Sandy beach, 12 km from the resort. Swimming pool 6 km. Ideal starting point for excursions into the "Les Landes" region and the Basque country.
