The holiday home is on the ground floor and has its own swimming pool (with alarm) and a large covered terrace. The home has its own private grounds of 4200m2. There is a spacious parking area. The house is situated in a beautiful, quiet natural landscape with orchards, sunflowers, vineyards and woods. It is perfect for long walks and bike rides. The region has many attractive small villages which are worth visiting. The Lot, Garonne and Baise rivers are not far away. You can also visit the larger cities such as Bordeaux, Agen and Bergerac. This area is ideal for a quiet or active holiday.
