Within grounds of 50 hectares, amongst orchards and fruit trees. House built in 2005, situated within 2,50 ha of parkland, 4000 m2 of which is for sole use of guests, villa "Mas le Cailletier", outside the resort, in the countryside. Private: grounds 4'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn, orchard, swimming pool heated, with built-in steps (15 x 5 m, depth 150 - 150 cm, 01.01.-31.12.), table tennis. In the house: air-conditioning, burglar alarm. Linen change weekly. House maid on request (extra). Shop 2 km, restaurant 2 km. Please note: car essential. Pool house with shower and separate WC, swimming pool heated to 30 degrees all year round with electric cover. Access to the house is via an electric gate. Please note: another house (f8103/103) is situated in the 2.5 hectares of parkland but has a separate entrance. There is a house at the entrance to the park which is lived in by the caretakers. From 24th November 2007: heating of the swimming pool to be paidfor on site according to use, from 1st November to 30th April.

Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Upper floor: 1 room 50 m2 with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), separate WC, shower, TV and DVD. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm), separate WC, shower and TV. Air-conditioning. Large terrace 400 m2 partly covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, safe, children's highchair, cot for up to 2 year olds. Garage in the grounds (2 cars). Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Access from outside: bedroom with double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) with TV, corner lounge, shower. Separate WC. With the double bedrooms it is possible to divide them into 2 separate beds on request. TV in all the bedroom except the single bedroom. Please note: in the living room there is a TV with large screen and international channels. In the utility room there is a freezer, washing machine and dryer. Available: 4 bikes. For bookings of more than 2 weeks, extra cleaning is offered to guests by the keyholder. Breakage deposit: 1000 euros.

Châteaurenard City with 13'500 inhabitants, 6 km south from Avignon, 11 km north from St Rémy-de-Provence. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Attractions. Access: railway station "Avignon" 10 km. Bus service. Noves 5 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Avignon (AVN) 10 km, Marseille (MRS) 94 km. To visit: 14th century chateau.
