Shop 5 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 200 m, sandy beach 1.5 km, golf course 2 km. Please note: car essential. Parking spaces (not numbered) in the road in front of the house.

4-room terraced house 100 m2 on 3 levels, south facing position, renovated in 2004: living/dining room with panoramic window south facing position with open fireplace, TV, DVD and air-conditioning, exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm), exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm). Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: open gallery, ceiling height 140 - 220 cm. 1 room ceiling height 100 - 220 cm with 1 double bed (140 cm), bath/bidet/WC. Terrace 15 m2 partly covered. Terrace 28 m2, south facing position. Patio 40 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. The ground floor is closed off and not occupied. Access to 1st floor is by an outside staircase. The patio has an oval small pool (approx. 2 m x 1.5 m - depth approx. 150 cm). Breakage deposit: 400 euros.

Grimaud This town rich in tradition has charming alleys and facades covered in flowers old village with 3'700 inhabitants, 12 km from Saint-Tropez, 63 km east from Toulon, 110 km west from Nice. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Access: railway station "St-Raphaël" 36 km. Bus service. For arrivals by plane: airport Toulon-Hyères (TLN) 56 km, Marseille (MRS) 144 km, Nice (NCE) 98 km. Not to be confused with the new lagoon town "Port Grimaud".
