The house is situated on the banks of the River Sorgue in 1500 m2 grounds which are enclosed on 3 sides. The Sorgue flows along the 4th side with little cascades in the resort. Private: grounds with lawn, flowers and trees, swimming pool with built-in steps (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, 01.05.-15.10.), terrace (100 m2), barbecue. Parking in the grounds. Shop, grocers, restaurant 300 m, tennis 4 km, golf course 4 km, riding stables 4 km. Please note: car essential. The side where the Sorgue flows is maintained, however, there is no railing. This house is, therefore, not suitable for families with small children. The rushing, little waterfalls/cascades are audible.
