In the house: central heating. Shop, grocers 500 m, supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 500 m. Please note: car essential. Wire fencing between the house and the lake (0,90 m). Unsupervised bathing possible. Depth of lake at the shore edge 1.5 -3 m. Beach with supervised bathing, sailing 1.2 km. Central heating in all rooms except in the bedroom with 1 x 2 bunk beds where there is an electric radiator. Lakes and rivers nearby with lots of fish! Access to the ground floor cellar via interior stairs (this area is not renovated).

All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Museum, attractions. Access: motorway A40. Railway station "SNCF Bellegarde" 25 km. Bus service. For arrivals by plane: airport Annecy (NCY) 60 km, Lyon-Saint-Exupéry (LYS) 85 km, Chambéry (CMF) 90 km. To visit: the 12th century Saint Michel abbey.
