| This beautiful, 14th century rustic house has recently been restored. It nestles in the attractive, hilly landscape between Gubbio and Urbino. Both cities are around 30 km away. The house is a wonderful combination of antique, traditional and modern styles. This very special, unique house has four apartments. It is surrounded by a spacious garden with lavender, rosemary and many other herbs. There is an ancient, romantic well. There is also a delightful swimming pool with splendid views.

of local specialities once a week in the garden next to the swimming pool. Various courses can be organised on request, such as cookery workshops, meditation and yoga. The farmhouse is ideally situated for a day at the seaside, which is 35 km away, and excursions to Gubbio and Urbino.
