Villa Von Salis is situated in Ansedonia situated on a rocky ledge above the clear waters of the Argentario coast. The villa is surrounded by typical mediterranean vegetation and possesses a garden filled with palms. Fantastic panoramic view of the sea, the villa is only 15 minutes away by foot from the well-known beach La Tagliata. Tastefully and elegantly decorated and well equipped: heating, telephone, TV, external laundry with washing machine, stereo. The garden, with terraces is ideal for outdoor dining. Large roof-top terrace with wonderful sea view.Sports: tennis, horse-riding, walking along the beach or in the pine forest, swimming, sailing and windsurfing. Picturesque: Orbetbello 10 km,Porto Ercole 14 km, Porto S. Stefano 18 km and Capalbio 15 km. Private parking for 3 cars. Pets allowed except in August (weekly cleaning to pay locally). For rentals more then 1 week there is obligatory saturday maid service to be paid per person locally. Beds can be divided on request. Villa "Von Salis", in a quiet, sunny, elevated position.
