For shared use: swimming pool (25 x 9 m, depth 100 - 250 cm, 05.06.-25.09.), outside shower, terrace, barbecue. Private: garden 2'000 m2 (fenced), barbecue. In the house: central heating, washing machine. Linen change weekly. Room cleaning 2 times per week on request (extra). Parking by the house. Shop 3 km, grocers 3 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Firenze" 25 km, pebble beach 100 m, tennis 6 km, riding stables 5 km. Please note: car essential. Shared: swimming pool.
