The owners live in one of the 3 apartments; each apartment has its own outside area, but guests are free to roam any part of the property grounds which partially have panoramic views on San Gimignano's towers very old farm-house "Podere Le Buche", renovated, surrounded by trees and meadows 15 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 20 km from the centre of Certaldo, 35 km from the centre of Firenze e Siena, in a secluded, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. Village with 4'000 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, on top of a hill, 30 km south from Firenze, 35 km north from Siena. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Access: motorway A1 Firenze - Roma, exit number "Firenze Certosa" 30 km from Barberino Valdelsa. Then road Firenze - Siena - (Tavarnelle). Access by train Firenze - Empoli - Siena. Railway station "Poggibonsi" 10 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Firenze (FLR) 45 km.
