Brandeglio is a small medieval walled town in the verdant heart of Tuscany. It is 30 km from Lucca. It is an ideal place to find refuge from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A narrow, 6 km winding road leads to Brandeglio. There are no shops or supermarkets in the town. The apartments (IT-55022-01, IT-55022-03, IT-55022-05 and IT-55022-06) are at the top of the 640 m mountain. They are perfectly located for long walks in the forests, cycling and energetic mountain biking. You can hire canoes at the nearby river. The apartments are small and attractively furnished. Great care has been taken during restoration to preserve the original structure of the houses. The apartments have a shared, walled garden with garden furniture, a built-in barbecue and a wood-fired oven. The oven can also be used by the villagers. Various activities are organised during the summer months. At this time cars should be parked a 15 minute walk away. The owner is always happy to collect and return luggage in his Fiat Panda.
