La Fattoria lies on the same estate as La Cisterna in what was once the main building of the farm. It has been completely renovated and today it is a very attractive, independent home, on three floors connected by a central staircase. Lying above the main 18th century villa, it has a small outside area opposite the entrance to a covered loggia with dining table and barbecue-pit. The apartment is furnished with excellent taste and is very cosy. Heating with heaters (payment on consumption). La Fattoria is about 6 km from the beaches of Forte dei Marmi. House "Fattoria-Cavallini". Shop 3 km, sandy beach 6 km, tennis 6 km, riding stables 15 km.

Camaiore Camaiore, situated in a basin surrounded by hills at the foot of the Apuanian Alps, has an historic town centre within the old town walls which is home to many handicraft shops. Numerous festivals and markets are held here in summer where art craftsmen and dealers are represented from all over Italy. Well-known, historical, busy resort with 30'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 8 km from the sea, convenient, 25 km north-west from Lucca, 10 km north from Viareggio. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Access: motorway A12 Genova Livorno, exit number "Viareggio/ Camaiore". Railway station "Viareggio". For arrivals by plane: airport Pisa (PSA) 32 km, Firenze (FLR) 100 km.
