Old stone farmhouse, recently restructured and furnished with care, with all the charm and atmosphere typical of tuscan country houses. It lies outside the old village of Pedona, on the top of a hill between Viareggio and Camaiore, immersed in olive and chestnut trees. It enjoys an enviable climate thanks to the air flowing down off the mountains and the sea-breezes (the beach is only 13 km away) and it is therefore ideal for those who want peace and quiet. Guests have the use of a small furnished garden opposite the entrance. Heating on consumption. Farm-house "Casaccia", built in 1700 15 km from the centre of Viareggio, 5 km from the centre of Camaiore. Private: garden, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sun terrace, washing machine. Parking at 50 m. Shop, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 200 m.

Camaiore Camaiore, situated in a basin surrounded by hills at the foot of the Apuanian Alps, has an historic town centre within the old town walls which is home to many handicraft shops. Numerous festivals and markets are held here in summer where art craftsmen and dealers are represented from all over Italy. Well-known, historical, busy resort with 30'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 8 km from the sea, convenient, 25 km north-west from Lucca, 10 km north from Viareggio. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Access: motorway A12 Genova Livorno, exit number "Viareggio/ Camaiore". Railway station "Viareggio". For arrivals by plane: airport Pisa (PSA) 32 km, Firenze (FLR) 100 km.
