Umberto lies amidst olive-groves up in the hills, only 3 km from the town of Camaiore and 6 km from the beaches of Versilia and commands a splendid view of the coast of Versilia. The keeper, who looks after the estate and is in charge of the guest reception, lives in the back of the house with an independant entrance. Heating and electricity are on consumption.
