The Tenuta di Lilliano covers an area of about 470 hectares in the heart of the Chianti area, 6 km from Castellina in Chianti and 8 km from Monteriggioni. Siena is about 20 km away and Florence 45 km. The hills belonging to the farm are covered with vineyards, olive-groves and grain fields, sheltered by woods. The property consists of several independent farmhouses that share several swimming pools: Fontani (detached house), Boschi and Braccagni (2 independent structures forming one house), form the first nucleus, lie next to the villa and divide the use of one pool. Casa Umiliati (detached house) lies 50 m from the pool which is also used by guests of other 2 houses (one of them is divided into two apartments: Casa Guidi and Casa Visentini which have shared outdoor areas; the other detached house is Casa Carraretto).
