For shared use: grounds 600 m2. (150 m via unmade road). Parking by the house. Grocers 300 m, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 350 m, thermal baths 8 km, tennis 3 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The owner keeps some pets in the grounds. The Aulella river is approx. 50 m from the house where one can go fishing. A workroom is also 50 m from the house.
