Old, nice, cosy apartment house, built in 1690, renovated in 1989, in the centre of Firenze. In the house: central heating. Public car park at 500 m. Shop 100 m, grocers, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Firenze SMN" 500 m. The apartment is well situated to visit the fantastic sights of Florence on foot.

2-room apartment 75 m2 on 4th floor, nice, modern and tasteful furnishings: living room with satellite-TV, radio, stereo unit, DVD and air-conditioning. Open gallery with 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (4 hotplates, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Please note: only small pets accepted. Please note: the double bed in the attic room is a futon. Exposed wooden beams. TV also in the kitchen. The bedroom with double bed has a ceiling fan. There are 4 steps between the access door and the apartment.
