The seven flats are located in a fourteenth century palazzo entirely used for tourist rentals in the Oltrarno district of the old city centre of Florence that is characterised by craftmen's workshops and bars, just50 metresfrom the Piazza Pitti, the Boboli Gardens, the Ponte Vecchio and Santo Spirito. The recently renovated flats, where special attention has been paid to the preservation of original architectural features, are tastefully furnished with period pieces and equippedwith independent central heating and air-conditioning. While central, they are also very peaceful and quiet and provide an excellent starting-point for visiting Florence. The flats are equipped with telephone, ISDN line and satellite TV. The flat Lorenzoil Magnifico has got a small furnished inner courtyard. For arrivals after 20.30h there is a small fee of 20 Euro to be paid directly to the keyholder on arrival.
