In the house: central heating, air-conditioning. Public car park at 20 m. Shop 50 m, grocers, supermarket 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 20 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Firenze SMN" 1 km. The apartment is not far from the Old Town with the Piazza Duomo (1.7 km), the Piazza della Signoria and the old palac (Palazzo Vecchio, 1.9 km).

"La Terrazza", 2-room apartment 48 m2, on the ground floor, fully renovated in 2005, comfortable, modern, tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, dining table, satellite-TV, radio, CD-player, stereo unit and DVD, exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, micro wave, grill). Shower/bidet/WC. On the lower ground floor (spiral staircase): 1 room with 2 beds. Gas heating, air-conditioning. Large terrace 60 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Please note: only small pets accepted. Toaster, clothes stand. NB: The 2 beds in the basement can be made into a double bed (on request). The basement room gets it's light from a skylight to the lounge above.

Famous, historical, busy city with 350'000 inhabitants, in a valley, on the Arno river, in a central position, 100 km south from Bologna, 65 km north from Siena. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Access: motorway A1 Milano (Bologna) - Roma. Railway station in the resort. For arrivals by plane: airport "A. Vespucci" (FLR) 5 km.
