Public parking on the road. Shop 100 m, grocers, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 50 m, bus stop 20 m, railway station "Firenze SMN" 2.6 km. "Il Rifugio" is a detached house with long roof, approx 10 minutes walk from the Old Town of Florence. Situated in a quiet well-maintained district. Good public transport connections.

"Il Rifugio", 3-room house 85 m2, on the ground floor, practical, modern and cosy furnishings: large living room with 1 double sofa bed, TV, DVD and air-conditioning, exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, freezer) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. On the lower ground floor: living/sleeping room with 1 bed, 1 sofa bed, radio, CD-player and stereo unit. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with air-conditioning. Gas heating. Terrace. Small garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: hair dryer. NB: The house is over several floors: Bath via 2 steps from lounge and the kitchen via 2 further steps. The windows of the double room on the top floor and the bedroom in the basement are high set.
