Kitchenette (4 hotplates, micro wave, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: gallery with 1 double bed. Gas heating, air-conditioning. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. NB: One wall of the living room has been completely replaced. The top floor is all wood and the finished off with ironwork. The kitchen has stone walls. Terracotta floors and ceilings with exposed beams and brickwork. Carefully restored.
