This agricultural estate, extending over 8 hectares of a predominantly hilly area, within a natural landscape typical of the Mediterranean flora with holm oak and oaks trees, olive-groves, also enjoys a unique panorama over the gulf of Follonica, only 3 km away. In the farm guests can buy olive oil. All the flats are tastefully furnished and extremely comfortable, with Satellite tv and electric or gas heaters (included in the price). Numerous places of historical and cultural interest are to be found in the vicinity, while the sea is only 3 km away by road, 1 km of which is untarred.
