It is surrounded by a lovely landscape with vineyards, olive trees and large woodland which is typical of this area. Ideal starting point for excursions to the most important towns: Florence and Siena 50 km, Pisa 70 km. A large well kept garden offers lost of space to relax. There is a swimming pool with terrace, deck chairs and sunshades. One side of the house is surrounded by a covered loggia with outdoor oven and its ideal to eat outdoor. Among the 8 ha of grounds there is a large part with trees with a 1.5 km road with becnhes, ideal for walks and jogging.
