The closest beaches are "Escornotell" 4 km and "Cala'n Porter" 7 km. The house is a typical Menorquian building. A part of the grounds is dedicated to growing crops. The swimming pool is located 50 m from the house.

Menorca/Sant Climent Small resort with 650 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part of the island, 5 km west from Mahón. All shops, restaurants etc. in Mahón 4 km. Access: access via a good road. For arrivals by plane: airport Mahón (MAH) 1 km.
