Private: natural state grounds 50 m2. 1.9 km long narrow motor access to the house (20 m via unmade road). Stepped path (34 steps) to the house. Parking by the house. Grocers 3.5 km, restaurant 1.9 km, ski lift 3.5 km, skisport facilities 17 km, cross-country ski trail 3.5 km. Please note: car essential. In the centre of the hiking region, in rural, typical surroundings. Ideal for excursions to the lake (Thunersee) or for winter sports (Zweisimmen).

3-room chalet on 3 levels, very cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace, dining corner, satellite-TV, radio, CD-player and electric heating. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven). Shower/WC. Upper floor: open living/sleeping room with curtain with 1 double bed (160 cm), 1 wall-trunk bed. 1 small room with sloping ceilings with sliding door with 2 beds. Top floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (140 cm). Large patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Lovely view of the countryside. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Steep and narrow wooden stairs lead from the ground floor to the 1st and 2nd floor. Water boiler with a 120 l capacity.

Oberwil 836 m. >> small, quiet, picturesque village, on top of a hill with beautiful view, 24 km from Spiez, 16 km from Zweisimmen. In the resort: grocers, bakers, post office, bank, restaurant. More possibilities for shopping 16 km. Access: motorway Bern - Interlaken, exit number "Wimmis/Zweisimmen". Access via a good road. Access by train Bern - Spiez - Zweisimmen.
