For shared use: garden, table tennis. In the house: lounge. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Grocers, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Unterterzen" 5 km, mountain lift 300 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.

3-room apartment on 2 levels on 1st floor, simple furnishings: kitchen-/living room (oven, micro wave) with dining table. Upper floor (ladder): open living/sleeping room with curtain with 2 beds and TV. 1 room with 3 beds. Shower/WC. View of the lake and the mountains. Reserved parking. Please note: Non smokers only. Separate entrance. Kitchen/living accessible by stairs. Bedroom accessible by a steep staircase without bannister. Not recommended for the elderly or young children. Wireless internet access.
