Oberterzen: Nice, cosy, comfortable chalet "Casa Allegra", built in 1980, renovated in 2005, outside the resort, in a secluded, quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, in the countryside. Private: garden (fenced), lawn sunning area, barbecue. 1.5 km long motor access to 20 m from the house (in winter snow chains necessary). 20 m footpath, stepped path (80 steps) to the house. Individual garage. Grocers 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, railway station "Unterterzen" 6 km, swimming pool 10 km, tennis 3 km, cable car 3 km, ski lift 3 km. The holiday house is situated 50 m from the "Terza" black run (Flumserberg-Oberterzen, only for advanced skiers). It is possible to load/unload the car 20 m from the house.

3-room house on 2 levels, comfortable and cosy furnishings: kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven) with dining table. Bath/WC. Upper floor (steep stair): living room with swedish stove, satellite-TV and radio, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed (140 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, exit to the balcony. Electric heating, wood heating, oil heating. Balcony. Patio. Terrace furniture, box-room. View of the lake, the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Garage. Please note: Non smokers only. Only small pets accepted. Firewood extra. Not suitable for small children aged 1-2 years as steep stairs in house.

Access: motorway A3 Zürich - Chur, exit number "Unterterzen" 3 km from Flumserberge/Oberterzen. For arrivals by plane: airport Zürich (ZRH). Incredible view over Churfirsten and the lake Walen.

Summer: All watersports available in Walenstadt 9 - 10 km. Swimming pool 9 km. 1 cable car, walking path. Bicycles paths, mountain bike tracks. Excursions by boat on the lake Walen and also to Quinten (car free village).

Winter: Ski region Flumserberge, total of 17 lifts. 65 ski runs, total length 65 km, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, snowboard school, childrens ski school from 3 years old, ski kindergarten from 2 years old. 19 km cross country ski tracks in the region, ski walking paths, winter walking paths 22 km. Toboggan-runs (long 3 km). Dogs sleighs, snow shoe walks.
