Motor access to the house. Covered parking (limited number of spaces) by the house, public parking 40 m on the road. Café 100 m, bus stop 60 m, railway station "Locarno" 3 km, public bathing area 80 m, tennis 400 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. The apartment house is situated opposite the "Lido" and the beach. Ideal for watersports fans: Surfing and sailing, 300 m. Fishing in the lake (permit holders only). Golf practise range, 500 m. Parking spaces can only be reservedlocally, SFR 35/week. All apartments have satellite TV connection with 24 channels. TV for hire (extra, SFR 35/week). For bookings under 6 nights, cleaning and washing will be charged locally. Parking spaces will not be available until summer 2009 as for the Lidois going to be built up new. Nevertheless there are public parking spaces 200m away from the property for 3CHF/day.

Locarno 198 m. >>Well known, interesting and worth seeing holiday destination - an health resort directly by the Lake Maggiore. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Wellness centre at 1 - 3 km. Access: railway station in the resort. For arrivals by plane: airport Lugano (LUG), Milano-Malpensa (MXP), Zürich (ZRH). Wonderful town centre and pictorial lanes. Many places of interest including the pilgrimage church Madonna del Sasso, walks along the sea promenade, flea market, boat rides and the International Film Festival in the summer.

Cable car of the famous Tessiner architect Mario Botta leads from the valley to Orselina until Cardada (1340m). The mountain of Lorcarno, then you can take a chair lift to Cimetta.
