For shared use: garden, lawn sunning area, table tennis. In the house: ski storage. Shop 70 m, grocers, restaurant 500 m, tennis 400 m, cable car, mountain lift, ski lift 500 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Parking space is free and located close to the house on the other side of the road. Fenced garden with playground (swing) for shared use in the neighbouring property (other side of road). Private ski parking by the mountain railway Hanigalp.
