In the heart of Valais in Switzerland, the resort of Nendaz is situated 1350m above sea level. To a large extent it owes its riches and diversity to the fifteen villages and hamlets that go to make it up. It is close to the ski-lift, 60 metres from Tracouet cable-car going to Mont-Fort (the starting point for some memorable walks) and 200 metres from the resort.
