Motor access to 180 m from the house, except in winter 500 m. Footpath to the house. Shopping centre 2 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, railway station "Gornergrat" 1.8 km, underground station "Sunnegga" 1.2 km, indoor swimming pool 1.2 km, mountain lift 1.2 km. Walking routes from the house. Access to the chalet from the "Region Sunnegga" ski runs. In winter one can ski to the next bus stop and catch the bus into town.
